Janexas - Watching the Seasons

Very sorry for the long delays between posts lately.  We will get a few more things moving in the next few months.  Lots going on with different unrelated work and projects (funds are starting to reappear so that might speed things up too).

As a quick reminder - if you have an old email address attached to your paypal account, please check it because I respond to the paypal email address if I have a question about your donation.

So - as a longtime patreon supporter (I had to cut back a bit the last few months) of some artists, I had the opportunity to commission some special pieces.  These were part of a little themed series I had going with Janexas for a while.  Hard to keep a perfect theme running, but let me know what you think (bonus points if you can ID all the breeds):

Discussion - Patreon Post Part 1

I've been promising a few folks to do this for quite a while.  Just haven't felt up for posting much lately.  Things are going well for me, but other than a few ongoing projects, my attention has been waning a little.

I still get spurts of great ideas for new projects, but they tend to slow down when I consider the amount of resources necessarily - hard to think small enough when it comes to commissions - but that's where patreon comes in.

Not only does a small amount of support add up to a lot of assistance for great artists, but in many cases it also offers the opportunity get small personalized projects on a fairly regular basis - I'll discuss that a little more later on - but if you've been on patreon, you've probably already seen some of the things I'm talking about.

So....for this first post, we'll cover A through M....(well starting with #).  I've been off and one with other artists, but due to different issues, this is the current list.  This is only for art-specific patreons.  I follow a few other video/movie/anime related ones, but I'm not covering them here.  DA links or others are included to provide examples of the kinds of art that the patreon supports.

2HeBubble - also known as sidneymt on DA.  Creator of the Slimy Thief comics as well as a number of other projects.  Big fan in general of the oversized rear-end designs he likes to focus on.

Aloysius Erotic Art - DA - a fan of the big ladies with a very realistic touch.  Often does variations on actual public figures.

Avaro56 - DA - Been a big fan of Avaro's lengthy sequences for a long time, but only just started supporting on patreon.

dmh - aka Solios - This patreon is specifically for supporting Among the Chosen - solios' awesome webcomic I've been a huge fan of for years - and posted about on here before.

DogGirlKari - DA - another great TF artist.  To be featured here soon.

Dynamoob - DA - some great mini-sequences and stories - CGI.

Gammatelier - DA - I think gammatelier's normal site is still down.  Very nice artist for some very weird, potentially disturbing pics (no sequences).  YMMV.

Janexas - DA -  Great tf artist featured here before.  I will have some patreon-sponsored commission sketches posted here soon.

Jim - DA - aka Amaz2k12 (formerly Amazeroth) - also good for CGI sequences, including TG.

Joe Haley - DA - The one, the only Mr-DNA!  Great original sketches every day.

Leticia Latex - DA - Awesome CGI sequences - very different, very well done.  Highly recommended if you're into this kind of tf.

Mangrowing - DA - HQ BE artist.  Good stuff.

Maxgrowth - DA - Expansion video production.  I've bought some off taylormadeclips before - definitely need to pick up some of the newer ones when I have a chance.

Check these folks out if you're looking for more artists to support online.  Only a few dollars a month gets you access to a LOT of excellent, quality, exclusive art.

Part 2 later this week (hopefully).

Donation Art Update - "Monster Makeover"

Just in time for Halloween, my major project for the season has been wrapped up by none other than Mr-DNA (that amazing artist of Halloween horror!).  This project truly reaches back to my TF roots over 20 years ago with my fantasies of haunted houses transforming people into variations of the classic Universal monsters.  It was fun finally putting the concepts on the pages and even more fun working with Mr-DNA and seeing what amazing designs he came up with and how he was able to bring the characters to life (exceeding many of my mental visualizations).

I am very happy to present "Monster Makeover" - and while it won't supersede any of the other existing donation projects for the time being, I do hope to have several other Halloween themed pics ready to post in a few days in keeping with the general season.  I have a number of additional projects still outstanding and will keep producing artwork with willing artists to the best of my ability over the upcoming months.

"Monster Makeover" is a 26 page comic available for a small donation of $7.50 - 1/3 of which will go directly back to the artist while the rest will continue to fund new art!  Thanks for the support and have a great holiday!

Brief Update

Again, sorry that things are going slow, but I'm in the middle of another cross-country trip and my available online time is limited.

That said, we will have a *massive* special Halloween piece this year (donation art) - but classy TF stuff by Mr-DNA - available very soon - so stay tuned.

I hope to have a few smaller pieces posted in time for the holiday too, but no guarantees.

More stuff still in the pipeline and I am starting up some new shorter projects with other folks that will hopefully show up while we're waiting for the bigger ones to wrap.

New Gift Art!

Wow!  Just got a few beautiful new pieces of gift art from Mr-DNA.  Consider them spiritual sequels to the previously featured "Be Stole My Heart" sequences.

In B&W AND color!  Very classy all around.

Remember....you too can get yourself some free bonus art just by picking up a few amazingly drawn and hilarious Underburbs comic books.  TPB #3 is shipping this month - which features Bel in a starring role (see second pic).  Check 'em out!

Mr-DNA - Angela's Magic Lesson

Not quite a normal commission, it seemed that these images would fit better in the Gift Art / Request section.

Mr-DNA has an excellent ongoing fan-driven sequence project by the name of "Angela's Magic Lesson."  Naturally, I had to get in on some of that TF action...even if one of the concepts expanded in a different direction.

So check out the Gift Art page to see all the latest contributions!

Mr-DNA - Be Stole My Heart - The Conclusion

A tie?  Are you serious?  How does a poll like this wind up tied?  I don't even know what to say....I'm speechless.

I guess it saves me a post though - we'll just show both of them in this same post - hope you're happy....you could have had me draw this out another few days ;p

Mr-DNA - Choose Her Fate!

Well, Mr-DNA and I were brainstorming between a couple little concepts for his ongoing series - and we came up with a nice little alternate piece.  Soooo, again, not my original characters, but like his entry for the Fashion Pageant and subsequent epilogue - it fits very well.

Please vote for your choice in the poll on the left side of the screen.  And while you're at it - check out The Underburbs.  Issue #15 should be out this summer as well as the next (3rd?) TPB - really a great comic!

Mr-DNA - After the Pageant

Well, Mr-DNA is really a great guy to keep the ball rolling.  If you folks haven't already caught it, we've got another little epilogue piece Rosemary's portion of the Fashion Pageant.

Seems some spells are a little more powerful than others ;p  Guest-starring (in a key role) Angela from the Underburbs as well.

Discussion - Check This Stuff Out II

I've put out a post like this [at least once] before - but I didn't think it had been quite so long ago.  Kinda disappointed with myself considering the huge time differential...it's the sort of thing that deserves at least an annual post to highlight new releases, updates and other projects.

So, with the expanded roster, I'm going to tackle folks in alphabetical order.  Honestly...more focused on folks I've worked with more recently...so if you know folks on the Artist List who have similar side projects (even if they haven't been featured as recently), feel free to comment and I can add them once I check them out.

The Fashion Pageant - Post-Script

Well, meant to do this a little sooner, but been busy - as usual - if in a different manner than other times.

Just wanted to collect and display a few pics that didn't make it into the final posting version of the pageant - some, but not all of these have previously been posted, but I figured they deserved their own section.

Fashion Pageant Contestant Lingerie Poll Results

After a beautiful display, we have our results from the fourth night of the competition - the Lingerie category.  A decidedly sexy category that displayed some gorgeous designs - but interestingly enough, we're still seeing some familiar faces in the winner's circle.  Stay tuned for more updates on the La De Baucherie Magique Fashion Pageant - full numbers below the break.

The La De Baucherie Magique Fashion Pageant - The Last Category - 1

Mac: "Well folks, it's been a heckuva ride, but it looks like things are winding up tonight."

Meg: "It is the last night, but we are going out with a bang."

Mac: "That's not necessarily the most appropriate term to describe a night displaying evening gowns - but this will be quite the party.

Mac: "Cheers to us!"

Meg: "That is non-alcoholic right?"

Mac: *sigh* "Yes....just juice."

Meg: "Good, because you know how we get with alcohol."

Gany: "I'm ready to party!...but I can wait till the wrap party."

Mac: "That's good to hear.  We don't need another display like last night."

Meg: "And just in time, here comes Candy - looks like we're in for a really beautiful display tonight.  This La DeBaucherie Magique Fashion Pageant is a real winner."

Mac: "Soooo, we're all set for the final catwalks tonight.  And we're starting with Srijaya."

The La De Baucherie Magique Fashion Pageant - The Fourth Category - 1

Mac: "Yet again, we're back with another round of the La De Baucherie Magique Fashion Pageant!"

Meg: "A very sexy round....potentially the *most* sexy round."

Mac: "Well...this is the Lingerie round after all."

Meg: "So that's why you're looking sooooooo uncovered.  Salome of the Seven Veils and all that."

Mac: "Well, one veil at least....what are you wearing under that overcoat?"

Meg: "Wouldn't you like to know?  Speaking of which - Hi Gany!  Did you have something to show us?"

Gany: "Wooooo!  Party time!  Get a load of this bod!"

Mac: "Well, looks like someone hit the post-show cocktails a little early."

Meg: "Cut her some slack, there's a real party going on backstage tonight!  Even Candy looks like she's having a pretty good time!"

Mac: "Past time for getting this show on the road - Srijaya's coming down the catwalk now.  Good thing we reset all the environmentals to 'comfortable summer afternoon'."

Fashion Pageant Contestant Swimwear Poll Results

Well folks, thanks for voting for the second round of fashion designs - the polls are closed - and the results can be found after the break.  It looks like the La De Baucherie Magique Fashion Pageant is well and truly underway - I'm pretty sure Mistress Arianna's got some big surprises planned for us in the near future.

The La De Baucherie Magique Fashion Pageant - The Third Category - 1

Meg: "Welcome to the third night of the La De Baucherie Magique Fashion Pageant - this is shaping up to be a really interesting competition so far.  What do you think Mac?"

Mac: "mmmm mmmmm mmmm"

Meg: "I couldn't have said it better myself.  What's the theme for tonight?"

Mac: "mmmm mmmmm mmmmm"

Meg: "You know, I sure hope you didn't just say what I think I heard you say."

Mac: "mmmmm mmmmmm mmmmmmmmmmm"

Meg: "You know you don't get to speak until you make the proper safe signal.  It's not my fault if you can't tie a sheepshank knot with your tail."

Mac: *zip* "Seriously Meg?  You need a hobby.  Nothing to worry about here folks - frankly, I'm not sure she knows the definition of bondage."

Meg: "Bondage....bandage...whatever."

Mac: "Ok, so tonight we're taking things in the opposite direction from the last competition.  This time - we've propped the backstage doors open with a couple of Meg's barbells and issued some blankets to the audience - hopefully we can make up some of what we spent on heating and lighting last night."

Meg: "How are you feeling down there Gany?"

Gany: "The draft can be a little chilly, but I'm feeling strangely snug under this cape.  You did say it was fake right?"

Mac: "That's right, it's 100% faux fur."

Meg: "Don't tell her how many fauxs we had to kill to make it!"

Gany: "What was that?  I didn't quite catch that last part."

Mac:  "Never mind Gany....it looks like Candy is coming down the catwalk now - so clearly we're on a mixed theme tonight - fur outfits and/or tight, shiny outfits.  A mixed bag really, but they seem to be popular with a lot of people - not least with the weather being what it has been this year."

Meg: "They're popular with me - I'm snugger than a bug in a rug in this coat.  I bet Srijaya feels almost this good too....but looking at her now....I'm not sure she wants to feel so comfortable."

Fashion Pageant Contestant Costume/Traditional Poll Results

Well folks, thanks for voting for the first round of fashion designs - the polls are closed - and the results can be found after the break.  It looks like the La De Baucherie Magique Fashion Pageant is well and truly underway - I'm pretty sure Mistress Arianna's got some big surprises planned for us in the near future.

The La De Baucherie Magique Fashion Pageant - The Second Category - 1

Meg: "Welcome back everyone to the second night of the La De Baucherie Magique Fashion Pageant."

Mac: "To clarify, we checked with Mistress Arianna, and it is in fact the first ever true fashion pageant built around her boutique.  That's not to say there haven't been any special presentations before, but nothing on this scale."

Meg: "So, making history, that's what I'm talking about.  And additionally, we are deeply, deeply sorry for the delay - technical problems on our end and all that.  Apparently a mouse was caught eating through some electrical wiring."

Mac: "Is that so?  I heard it was a hideous lizard-woman who bet the gaffers she could carry all their rigging gear with one arm tied behind her back."

Meg: "Mac, you know this is how urban rumors are started.  Would you like to hear the one about the fat, hairy frog-girl who cleaned out the caterers?"

Mac: "Ahem...not particularly.  And what's the theme for tonight?"

Mac: "That's what I thought.  Looking at Candy, I'm pretty sure we're running swimwear tonight."

Meg:  "Looks like she's just come from the pool as well."

Mac: "Well, to be fair, the studio is pretty well suited to it today.  Looks like we've made a few accommodations for the contestants.  You may have noticed it's a little warmer in here."

Meg:  "If you can't bring the pageant to the beach, bring the beach to the pageant - in January no less."

Mac: "That's right, heat lamps overhead, we've turned up the brightness a little - complimentary shades provided."

Meg: "I do believe they've got some sort of pool or tub set up in the rear as well.  Can you tell us any more about it Gany?"

Gany: "Evening ladies - it's true, there are a few amenities added backstage.  If you don't feel like submerging yourself in the pool, there are more than a few stagehands more than ready to...hose you down."

Meg:  "Sounds like a good time...may head back myself during the commercial break to cool off.  So I'm getting a signal...are we ready to begin?"
