Discussion - Check This Stuff Out II

I've put out a post like this [at least once] before - but I didn't think it had been quite so long ago.  Kinda disappointed with myself considering the huge time differential...it's the sort of thing that deserves at least an annual post to highlight new releases, updates and other projects.

So, with the expanded roster, I'm going to tackle folks in alphabetical order.  Honestly...more focused on folks I've worked with more recently...so if you know folks on the Artist List who have similar side projects (even if they haven't been featured as recently), feel free to comment and I can add them once I check them out.

Sapphire Foxx - A Model Parent 2

Always nice to be able to continue an interesting project.  Initially "A Model Parent" was roughly conceived of as a one-shot, but I did see some potential in adding on to it with other sequences (obviously the transformation method had a lot of potential).  Similar to Sapphire Foxx's other project "Stealing From Sister" - it's easy to add additional chapters.

So...while this chapter doesn't necessarily feature TG, rest assured there are plans for significantly more in the future.  Sometimes you just need a bit of character development, and surprisingly enough, it can actually be fairly efficient in a medium like animation rather than simple stills.

So, without further ado (vid after break):

Sapphire Foxx - A Model Parent

Well...I guess I should say up front that it's 100% unintentional that this project just happened to be ready for posting on Fathers Day.  Where I'm at right now, holidays don't have a lot of significance and I take my available blogging days where and when I can get them - and am extremely grateful for them.  So yeah....there's no intended slight on single dads here...just a blending of irony with my normal projects.

That said...this is my first full animation commission of any sort - and Sapphire Foxx turned out an amazing project.  I am very happy with the way it turned out - and yep, I do have a few sequels in mind to develop...and we're leaning towards some Donation Project exclusives here as well.

With that in mind, I'll link to the finished piece: A Model Parent.
