Synthean - Instructional Video 2

It's taken a lot of hard work and elbow grease, but Synthean has managed to recover and restore a few more frames of this footage.  Almost impossible to believe, but despite the archaic nature of the footage, it appears that TransRepo Industries was actually fooling around with gene therapy or radiation-derived mutations or some other form of human transformation technology only a few years after the second World War.  Unless this is all some sort of elaborate hoax...
