The Rehabilitation of Princess - 16
Finally getting time for a little R&R the next week or so. The last few weeks have been insane at work. Hope everyone else out there gets a little time off this time of year as well.

Heading in to HR at TransRepo Industries - Princess is hoping to get her old job back.

Caption Challenge Results!
I'll admit, I was kinda busy the last few months with work and some online courses - otherwise I would have done a bit more advertising for this contest. Even so, I'm grateful to have received some excellent entries. The topic was pretty broad, but I think all the entries met the basic concept pretty well.
So let's begin:
Best single [character] caption. Definitely this one by Jezebel. Excellent picture selection, well-formatted - very sweet overall.
Best group caption. TG-Spain submitted the only one, but it's a great concept and the picture fits really well.
Lastly for best sequence, TheUnthinker sent in several, but I really like the concept of the Regression Virus - particularly with the physical changes (working on a few similar concepts at the moment).
Now, to be perfectly honest, in spite of these excellent entries, none of them really jumped out at me visually or as a single standalone image - so I won't be awarding those prizes this time around. Thanks to the participation though, I will be able to send $50 to support Rachel's Haven as well.
I'm not yet sure about contests for 2016, but if I do run more, they'll be announced here and elsewhere.

Caption Entry - TheUnthinker
Well it came down to the wire, but I did get a number of solid contest entries for Caption Challenge #3.
I'll post them all by the submitter, and then a separate post for the awards.
First we have a number from TheUnthinker (a pretty broad variety of topics including bimboization, tf, tg, and AR/AB/DL) - including the only sequences submitted:

Site Updates
Well, things have been a little slow, but I do still expect a few new surprises in the upcoming month - hopefully. Either way, things are progressing - just have a few other real life financial commitments ongoing simultaneously as I start looking further to the future.
Before I go any further though - a little reminder that Caption Contest #3 ends this Friday. I've seen a couple entries already, but please double check the deadline (midnight EST - although I won't be checking till Sat. morning) - if you plan to submit something.
Also, I am aware of the upcoming SizeCon as well - this next April. I am somewhat intrigued - as regular visitors to my site are probably aware - shrinking/growth isn't a huge draw for me, but the organizers have also emphasized that other size interests including Weight Gain and other somewhat different body concepts will also be featured - so it's definitely something I'll consider depending on my work schedule. It's on a weekend...but it is in NYC.
If you're interested in seeing more - there's the Kickstarter - which is also a way to get advance tickets.
Considering that a number of folks previously featured here might be showing up - this might be a good opportunity to network and meet a few very cool folks.

The Rehabilitation of Princess - 14
Well, it's been too long since we had an update here - projects in the works as always, but work has been more of a distraction than expected (that and having the water turned off in my house yesterday - I love spending Saturday in the office writing a term paper).
Meanwhile back in Princess' house, Dad's just starting the morning....

Caption Contest Update
Nothing fancy tonight - more art tomorrow - but just a reminder that there's still a little over a month left before the end of the current caption contest.
No need to wait till the end to submit your entries if you've got some nice ones put together.

Pink-Diapers - Trick or Treat
Happy Halloween! It may or may not be a coincidence that my only real Halloween-themed commission this year is also from Pink-Diapers - I've been working with them a lot lately and the projects have been turning out better and better over time.
While there have been fewer posts in general lately, it's more a matter of consolidation - and waiting on pending pieces.
This set was actually a pretty tight rush job (ie. very short notice) - so any issues with the design are entirely due to me waiting till the last second to actually commission something for this year. Frankly I think it turned out beautifully. Yes, that is Mistress Arianna - for those keeping count.

BlueBaronDL - Staying Hydrated
Just got back in a running mode lately. For nearly this entire year I've been doing my cardio on a stationary bike - mostly just because I can do it in my garage on my schedule (ie. 4:30 in the morning or in the afternoon after work). I'd prefer to run outside, but out in the country, I don't feel too safe trying to run on the side of the road - not when someone like me is driving anyways (much less the other guys). There are a few other options, but they just don't mesh with my schedule.
Still, they did just recently open a new gym near work and they've got some amazing new treadmills - all kinds of great features - including interactive trail runs across the US and New Zealand and Germany - among others. Very cool, and fitting very nicely with my schedule lately.
Either way - a big part of getting out and running is staying hydrated. You gotta keep getting that water - it really keeps you going.
Of course...in this case, there might be something in the water. I mean...why else would that park be completely abandoned?
Some beautiful work by new artist BlueBaronDL - check him out. He's got some great prices and works very quickly.

Caption Contest #3 - The Fall Collection
Ok. Time for a new Caption Challenge. We're going to try something a little
different this time.
To begin with, the deadline is midnight on Friday 11 Dec! I'm starting a little later than originally anticipated, but this should still work out with plenty of time for folks.
In one sense, this is probably my
broadest theme so far - I'm just going with "The Fall
Collection." That simple term has a
few different meanings - and potentially more that can be applied - feel free
to ask/experiment.
Specifically we're looking at the
new Fall fashion collection by Mistress Arianna for La De Baucherie Magique -
and/or the clothing branch[es] belonging to TransRepo Industries. At the same time, it doesn't necessarily need
to be the year 2015 - both these organizations have been around for a while -
one, significantly longer than the other, but that just gives more unique
opportunities.
And while "fashion"
would generally imply "clothing" (and "fall" would
generally imply clothing for cooler/colder weather) - please feel free to use
that concept as a jumping off point. I'm
also considering both TF and TG concepts - but I'd like to keep things on the
female end of the spectrum :) Similarly,
this time frame does include Halloween and a few other holidays - not to mention
the various sports seasons. And
certainly the word "collection" has more than one possible definition
in this context :)
I will admit that my preferences -
when it comes to captions/styles do run in a few different directions, but the
reference images provided should give just a taste of the options out
there.
The only real content requirements
are that each entry should reference either Mistress Arianna and/or her store
La De Baucherie Magique and/or TransRepo Industries. For background material on these
people/concepts, please feel free to peruse the archives of the Transformation Repository - and ask if you have any questions :)
I'm opening this up to multiple
categories for the prizes too. A few
variations from the previous contest - due to the general nature of the pics.
This contest is also different
from my previous ones - for the first time - not only will there be cash prizes
awarded to the winners via paypal, but for every single entry received, I will
make a donation of $5 to support Rachel's Haven - payable in a single total
amount on 12 Dec.
- Best overall caption(s) - The
one that really blows me away (single or sequence). ($50)
- Best single caption - Any single
caption using a one-character pic. ($25)
- Best group caption - Any single
caption using a pic with one or more characters. ($25)
- Best caption sequence - Any set
of two or more captions following a sequence/storyline (can use single or
multiple character pics) ($45)
- Best original design and caption
- A little different - this category is looking for the really
weird/unique/far-out concepts - to include photo-editing/morphing. Must still conform to all other contest
rules. ($35)
I fully encourage you to share
this challenge with other friends and artists you may know who don’t regularly
read this site.
On Saturday 12 Dec, I’ll announce the winners in each category. Prizes - via paypal.
Now the hard and fast rules:
1. All work must be the original work of the person submitting it. No exceptions.
2. Single captions - obviously one pic. Sequences may comprise as many pics as desired. Any captioner can submit as many entries as they desire. I will make a donation to the Haven for every individual entry I receive (themed/connected sequence captions count as a single entry) - even if they're all from the same captioner.
3.
Captions need to be submitted already formatted and attached to the
image - I don't have the time or energy to handle the extra work at the moment
due to my work schedule.
4. Limited sexual references will be allowed, but nothing explicit, and no profanity. No explicit sexual imagery.
5. All submissions should include the following information (which will also be posted with the picture): captioner's name and site (for linking purposes - if available), intended caption title (for posting purposes - I'd rather not have to make up a title from scratch if you wrote out the caption).
6. Unlimited revisions are allowed during the submission period.
7. By entering a submission, you are automatically giving permission for me to post it on the site clearly labeled and identified as an caption contest entry – and although I would prefer to avoid it, if the captioner wishes to remain anonymous, I am amenable to posting their entries in that fashion.
4. Limited sexual references will be allowed, but nothing explicit, and no profanity. No explicit sexual imagery.

7. By entering a submission, you are automatically giving permission for me to post it on the site clearly labeled and identified as an caption contest entry – and although I would prefer to avoid it, if the captioner wishes to remain anonymous, I am amenable to posting their entries in that fashion.
8.
Submissions should be addressed to me: thrandrall@gmail.com – subject
line should contain the artist’s name and that it is intended as a submission
for the Caption Contest. I would prefer
to compile all the entries for each captioner in their own post for
organizational purposes - so if you intend to potentially submit multiple
entries, please let me know up front so I don't jump the gun on posting your
pics.
Additional Guidance:
a. Please proofread your captions in advance for spelling/grammar. Also please try to choose a font size/color/construction that will make reading easier. If your caption starts running long, consider splitting the images/text and submitting it as a sequential piece.
b. Constructive criticism by others is encouraged in the comments section, but *should* be accompanied by suggestions on how issues might be addressed, improved, etc.

I will determine the caption posting schedule as I have time - depending
on the size and number, some may be posted sooner than others, but every one
that I receive that fits the entry requirements will be posted on the site
before the results are posted. You are free to post any of your entries here to other sites/boards - but I would prefer you wait until after they've been posted here before posting elsewhere.
Last note - I reserve the right to reject any entry.

By no means are you required to use the images included
here, but they provide a small sampling of some of the looks I'm interested
in. I do have a lot more pics I would
have liked to have used but I was limited - either by smaller file sizes/lower
resolutions or too much text on the images (from magazines/adverts) that would
have precluded convenient usage - if I was able to find a larger version of an
image through google search, I tried to use it.

Madam Ari (as she went locally) sighed - she loved the region this time of century, but she could never get over the heat and humidity that hung in the air - it just drained a gal, no matter how young she might feel. And feeling drained....sometimes you just lost track of things - forget the simple things that were normally so easy to focus on.

'Circa 1970 or so, a young airman on leave hits up the back alleys of Bangkok. He's heard rumors about a tattoo parlor in the area run by a very special woman. The name he was given didn't match what he was seeing on the sign in front of him, but then he can't speak Thai either.
He can't quite place the look of the woman greeting him either. She's very attractive, but there's a real sense of age around her as well. Almost something mystical - so....this must be the right place. He'd heard from one of the guys in his unit - a real tattoo aficionado - that there were some artists out there who could do magical things with the ink - the right image in the right place could make all the difference.

"You read my mind Shelly. What's the status here now?"
"Well, all three subjects have displayed next to no

totally high."
"Any further changes from the last report?"
"Well, nothing has been noted in the last hour - it
appears that even a serious overdose for any of these three substances

the single cases to base this judgment on - although frankly, they weren't

Field Trials Interim - Poll 2
Thank you very much to everyone who voted - now is the opportunity to put your money where your mouth is:
We'll start with a timeframe of 1 week and see if we can't build any momentum from that - I'm hoping it's enough time, but it may be open a little longer than that. Initial Deadline: Midnight EST Wednesday 26 Aug.
Based on your votes:
You're donating to support images portraying the transformation of chief of security Rhonda McCampbell from this:
To something potentially closer to this (although we're finalizing details right now...I think we'll have a few new surprises this time).
I have already paid for the first and last image in this sequence. The interim images are up to your generosity. $60 for every stage - and I will pay the balance for a partial stage.
Currently: 2 Images.
All donations will be counted towards the total (I'll eat the paypal fees), but for easy addition, each donation should be at least $1. I'll post updates every couple of days (as my schedule allows) - on a little sidebar section - so stay tuned.
Donations can be made via my paypal account - the same as my donation art project. Just leave a note letting me know it's for Solios! Of course, if you'd like to donate for another art project at the same time - that's too easy - just drop me a line via email afterwards!

"Glad to hear it.
Wow! Just wow. Did they accept the transition to the
transport just like that?"
"Well the retrieval team reported no issues - other
than a few nosy neighbors - easily tranked."
"It was a pretty simple transfer apparently - the
forklift was the only equipment required - the container was just the right

"Let's hope the central one doesn't pack on too much
more in the next couple of hours."
"The holding facility is more than equipped to handle
anything up to a couple of tons with what they have on hand."
"All that activity, movement...and practically no
physical reaction whatsoever. Looks like

"Well, the retrieval team wasn't able to pry the

Mertail - Containment Breach 5
Story and Images by Mertail
Part 5: Conclusion
Katie Oswald worked as one of the many junior accountants at
TransRepo Industries. Normally, that meant
she and her team stayed pretty much in the sixth and seventh floors of the main
building. Today, something was
different. She was touring part of the
newly developed Nanite Containment Facility.
There were some minor irregularities in the cost reporting and they
needed to be rectified before the monthly reports could be completed. Her, along with two other junior accountants,
and her immediate supervisor were in a group of temporary cubicles just outside
the Biological Level 2 Containment Zone.
She caught as strange flicker in the air but it had vanished when
she turned her head towards it.
After looking around a while, she decided it had to be some kind of
hallucination or something. She returned
to the pile of invoice slips that had become her duty to reconcile. She really wished these scientists would take
better care when doing the accounts.
Didn’t they know how important it was?
After a few hours, she noticed an itch at her waist and
absentmindedly brushed the dark hairs away.
Sheena’s hair, she noted mentally.
How could that dog lose so much hair chasing frisbees and not end up
bald? When the hair didn’t
brush away, she tugged at it. It was
solidly attached. This was strange. She walked over to the women’s
washroom for a closer look at the hair.

Mertail - Containment Breach 4
Story and Images by Mertail
Part 4: Reactions
Betty Kowalski was working in the computer server area. She was helping on of the technicians thread
a new fiberoptic bundle through the already crowded collection of cables that
already filled the cable bay.
“There should be an easier way,”
she muttered.
“Not without breaking the containment seal on the other side
of the wall,” the technician responded.
“Are we that close to …”
“Level 2 is on the other side. We’re just running an line to the virus
lab. Good thing. They’d kill us all if we had to shut down
level 2 like we did last time. Seems
even a few days is more than they want to give up.”
“We’re not in any danger?”
“No. The virus side’s
been virtually shutdown for months.
Nothing hazardous in there any more.”
“Oh. Was there? Before?”
“Don’t know. All I know is we had to work in the damned hazmat
suits ten months ago when we recalled the building.”
A jet of silvery mist caught Betty in the face. Unconsciously she inhaled, lost consciousness
and fell from the ladder she was standing on.
Her partner, hearing the crash, quickly came to her aid. She was barely breathing but a quick first
aid assessment showed no apparent broken bones.

Mertail - Containment Breach 3
Story and Images by Mertail
Part 3: Visitors
Imogene Bellamy wasn’t even a member of the staff when this
had all started. She’d
been visiting her Mom at lunch. She’d
been working with a company a short distance up the road as part of a work
partnership program associated with the local technical college’s
Work Placement program. She’d
not seen but smelled a strange metallic scent as a fine silvery mist poured
from an overhead ventilation duct.
Neither she nor her mother thought anything of it until her mother got
home that evening.
“Mom,” Imogene began with a slight whine in
her voice. “I feel terrible.”

Mertail - Containment Breach 2
Story and Images by Mertail
Part 2: "Human" Resources
Tammy Rothschild had graduated from the local technical college
only five weeks prior. She’d
done very well in the office management course she’d taken and was
pleased to be able to give her notice at the dead end job she’d
worked in since high school. TransRepo
paid ever so much more and, in a few years time, she’d be able to work
her way up and make even more!!
Her first few days on the front desk were pretty normal. Aside from having to get another of the
office managers to cover for her whenever HR decided she needed to fill in yet
another form, it was pretty simple. The
fourth day, she and the other new hires were put through the Corporate
Introduction Session. It covered all
kinds of things that her diploma hadn’t covered such as evacuation drills
and shelter-in-place drills and where the emergency biosafe areas were. The trainers made much of the fact that,
though such events should never occur, the release of one of the biologically
active agents from the secure labs might happen. They needed to know what to do. Even if no one ever expected to actually have
to do it.

Mertail - Containment Breach 1
Well now, I've got to get more content posted while we're waiting on the next set of voting results.
This week I am very happy to present my first full commissioned story (with illustrations) by Mertail.
So, without further ado (tune in all week for updates) - after all....what's a normal day at TransRepo Industries without a little mishap?
Containment Breach
Part 1: Release in the Lab
It started as a normal day in the Biogenetics Lab of TransRepo
Industries. The current project, under
way now for nearly two years, was a simple one to describe but fiendishly
difficult to implement. An unexplained,
as yet, rise in the number of people needing service dogs with increased
capability was fostering feverish research into genetic methods to increase
canine intelligence. The original work
had been with virus carriers for the new genetic material. This created some interesting small steps in the
first few months. The unfortunate
problem was that you had to wait for the puppies to be born and mature a bit
before you could see the actual effects of your genetic tinkering. That all changed with the creation of the
first DNA compatible nanites. These
microscopic machines, working in tandem, could completely restructure the adult
animal based upon the changed DNA that the viruses had introduced into the
animal’s cell nucleus.
Instead of waiting for the next generation, you could get good indications
immediately (or at least a few days). Of
course, the puppies would be a step beyond that having actually grown up with
the modifications and would have the advantage of learning to use the
enhancements completely. Regardless, it
did speed research considerably and ensured that the puppies would be good
candidates for further enhancement even if they didn’t meet the final
requirements. The results had been so
spectacular that some of their canines had doubled their intelligence in only
three generations.

Field Trials Interim - Poll
So, we've reached the point where we handle the next poll - and it's up to you to decide which way we go with this.
Obviously we have the possibility of exposing Chief of Security Rhonda McCampbell to JY89BR or HE36YU (right and center characters respectively).
However, looking at TransRepo Industries recent lines of testing, we have a few other options available:
Exposure to substance from Parallel D4E - no idea what specific effect it'll have on her but we have some previous indications.
Cosmetics Testing - it turns out that just as the Beauty Department is looking for a cheap, rapid means of producing high-grade ambergris, Custom Biologicals may have a solution (of sorts).
Agricultural Operations Support - multiple options available, leave a comment.
Agricultural Production Support - again multiple....if similar options :)
So please feel free to vote, leave feedback, etc. If you can't see the poll, enable permissions for the site.
And please be ready to put your money where your mouth is on this project - the more donations, the more arts in the sequence!

{AI recognizes voiceprint of Chairwoman Francesco -
automatic recording systems activated} "They're
on the way in - excellent. Well now,
speak of the devil, Director Heinrich and let's see....local chief of security Rhonda
McCampbell."
"Madam Chairwoman, I can explain everything."
"Shut your hole right now Peter. You're damn lucky you got promoted to
Director last year. The board will
render judgment on you at the meeting next week. Get him out of my sight."
"Right away Chairwoman."
"You though...Rhonda....you're the one I'm interested
in. I guess you thought you had a pretty
good thing going on."
"I'm not sure what you mean Ma'am."
"You will address me as Chairwoman. And I'm pretty sure you know exactly what I'm
referring to. We've had a couple hours
here to go digging while waiting for you to show up. What did we come up with Shelly?"
"Well Chairwoman, it was hidden well enough to evade a
surface scan, but once forensics was given direction to investigate, it was
pretty simple - blackmail of senior members of HR, embezzling to finance
non-vital cosmetic surgery, improper/illegal use of company cybernetics for
personal reasons."
"There was something else wasn't there? (And as an aside, I can't say your surgeon did you a lot of favors - I mean, with a figure like that....- you could have at least gotten the uniform re-tailored)"
"You mean, aside from the fact that she was completely
unqualified to even be hired as a level one security guard, much less supervise
anyone? (We'll be submitting a list of additional
cautionary measures for future hires - including revising our 'veterans'
preferences)."
"Give it to her straight."
"Hiring her ex's drop-out junkie kid to manage security
for a lab handling class 1 materials."
"That's right.
We know it all. If you look on
the screen above your head, you'll see the same jackass currently overdosing on
substance TP06MN."
"Oh shit....Cameron!"
"Trust me, they can't hear you. But really, I wouldn't be too concerned about
him (her...at this point, I'm not sure if it matters) - it's you we're
interested in now. Just what are we
going to do with you?"
"What are you talking about? I've got rights, my contract...."
"...Was voided the first time you engaged in illegal
activities."
