Eduartboudewijn - The Next Generation - Cathedral Buddies

Ok, I'll freely confess I've never actually watched this movie....I should probably add it to my netflix queue (*done*) - but the concept just screamed out to be used...that and the similarities to another Disney series (which I also haven't watched other than certain clips) that I understand to have been TF-heavy.

That said, there are a number of movies referenced throughout this project that I haven't actually seen, but the characters and concepts just seemed to fit the conceit from the images I've seen elsewhere.

Keeping in mind how long these characters have been around in general - I think it's perfectly reasonable to consider them adults at this point - or alternatively, I suppose this could involve AP.

Eduartboudewijn - The Next Generation - Rapunzel

Ok..obviously I said I'd be hinting at the names...but it's not as though this is an "original" character in that sense of the word. 

Let's start with this gal - obviously the hair growth is always a concept I love, and this character is built around it....really need to work the concept into more projects in the future.  I think this might actually be the first concept I've done that really worked the "corruption" theme into things as well....maybe not....might need to go back and add some tags to older projects too.

You know....I've had this concept bouncing around in my head for a while but it took a while to get it really started...and it was important to get the look right.  I came across EduartBoudewijn at a convenient time consequently - and his style and availability for a project with this many characters worked out really well.

FWIW, this is a bit of a break in my normal habits of using only original characters.  Hopefully the characters will be recognizable enough without me needing to go into too much detail regarding their names. 

So...you know how sometimes folks just get tired with their jobs...you don't want to necessarily quit or retire though unless you know you can pass it on to a worthy successor...sometimes there's someone just waiting for your job.  Other times, you need to take a little more initiative.
